I’m a simple girl with simple tastes. I have a true passion for photography that goes back to my early teenage years.
I’m also a wife and mother so I understand how special it is to capture important milestones that you’ll treasure forever.
My approach to a session is to have fun and make you feel at ease. You won’t hear me say “cheese” because my goal is to capture real moments with genuine expressions. I’m likely to show up in jeans, a t-shirt and flip-flops with my hair in a ponytail. This is comfy for me and I need to be able to crawl around or lay on the floor and climb on anything necessary to get that perfect shot.
My style is casual and carefree. I never use a flash but instead take advantage of any natural light that is available to me. You’re likely to hear me ask to see all the rooms in your home so I can scour every inch of the place for the best light. I might even ask to move around a piece of furniture or even take it outdoors.
I consider my work to be art. It should be big and bold and make a statement in your home. I intend it to be something you walk by everyday and say “wow”.
