You’ve already met Sarahtia from her birth session. But here she is at 11 days old, all settled into life with Mommy and Daddy. You may also remember that her Daddy plays piano and has written Sarahtia several lullabies. Both of her parents have beautiful voices and I bet this little angel grows up singing and playing right along with them. When Matthew started playing her one of the lullaby’s during the session, she was cradled in his arms with one little eye open, peeking at him and listening intently. So, very sweet.

This was my first time ever photographing newborn twins and these boys treated me nicely. They both slept for most of the session, and I even managed to catch little Sam smiling and showing off his dimples.
Karen and Travis, you’ve outdone yourselves. They are such handsome boys and so, so sweet. I hope you enjoy this sneak peek from your session.

Sarahtia arrived on her own time, four days late and many, many, many hours later. Her momma was amazing. I still don’t quite know how she stayed so focused and calm for such a long labor. I was actually at the birth center for 22 hours and momma’s labor had already been underway for a good length of time prior to me arriving.
But we all know, good things are worth the wait. Sarahtia was born at Labor of Love in Lutz. This is the second birth I have experienced at Labor of Love. Sarahtia had a water birth. I do believe the water is what helped Toni survive for so long, as it seemed to take some of the pressure off of her.
Here’s a little peek at the perfect new bundle of pink.

I recently had a super fun session at Clearwater Beach with AJ and his family. AJ is looking forward to his senior year and finishing high school. They live in a northern state, far away from our heat and humidity. His family vacations here in Florida and this is where he wanted to take his senior pictures. I was delighted when his Mom contacted me and asked if I would do the honor.
We were so lucky with the weather. There was a storm headed our direction but it stayed put until after the session. We had a blast at the beach and around town and found so many great locations to capture the look AJ wanted.
I hope you love the sneak peek.

My baby girl is now 10….double digits. Oh, so sad it is. But how wonderful to watch her turn into a young lady. She is so many things. I adore how caring she is about others and that she loves animals. She plans on being a conservationist when she grows up and I believe she will be.
She is absolutely the funniest of all of our children. She has such a wicked sense of humor and doesn’t miss a beat to drop the punch line that you never saw coming. We roll with laughter at the many funny things she says. I wish I had written them all down over the years, because it would be hilarious to read them when she is much older.
So, she officially turned ten yesterday - July 29th and apparently she now has the right to leave nasty notes on her door addressed to her older sister (12) and younger brother (8). She has complained for some time that they make a mess in her room whenever they come in, so I guess she is putting her foot down. I had to share this because I thought it was quite funny when I bumped into it. She never ceases to surprise me and I hope she never stops.
Here is my dear sweet girl Madison and her love note……………..(p.s. Jordan is her older sister (19), Kennedy is the dog and Frisco is Madison’s cat)
It’s their decision to disrupt the natural balance of Madison’s domain???
Wrecking rampage?
Oh, my! My stomach hurts from laughter. I hope you enjoy!
